Serving the needs of metropolitan Atlanta since 1989, HighGrove Partners provides a comprehensive range of landscape and land development services to office parks, commercial buildings, and institutional and community facilities.
Services include landscape architecture, design-build, installation, land development services, maintenance, seasonal color, irrigation and water management.

Bill Lincicome, ASLA, AIA
Chief Creative Officer & Partner
Bill has over 30 years of experience in landscape architecture and has demonstrated significant expertise in planning and design. Because of his outstanding leadership and organizational skills, Bill has been able to develop a management style that is goal-oriented and unique to the planning, design and landscape industry.
Bill was previously executive vice president with Post Properties and directed Post Landscape Group where he provided landscape architecture, design build, installation and maintenance services.
Before joining Post Properties, Bill was Director of Land Planning at Thompson Hancock Witte & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that Bill was employed at J. Turner & Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina and John Portman & Associates in Atlanta.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jim McCutcheon, CLP
Chief Executive Officer & Partner
With 20 years of experience in all facets of landscape design, installation and maintenance and an intense focus on exceeding customer expectations, Jim is widely regarded by industry experts and the local Atlanta marketplace as a visionary leader and dynamic pioneer in the landscape industry. Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and began his career with Post Properties as a Landscape Designer. He later moved on to direct all Post Landscape Group operations in Atlanta and Charlotte, overseeing installation and maintenance activities as well as managing all sales and marketing functions.
As an active member of the landscape industry, Jim serves as a chairperson for the Crystal Ball Committee of the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), board member of the Academic Excellence Foundation and the Vice President of the Board for the Smith-Gilbert Garden Foundation. A gregarious presenter, Jim is a frequent speaker at various industry events throughout the country.
