Position: Irrigation Service Technician
Location: Metro Atlanta
Full-time: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining commercial irrigation systems and the following:
- Repairing and maintaining valves
- Repairing system leaks
- Tracing electrical components
- Installing irrigation controllers
- Locating existing zones and valves
- Adhering to HighGrove Partners safety policy
Requirements:
- Prefer 2 to 3 years experience working with commercial irrigation systems
- Strong work ethic
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Able to operate a company vehicle
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Irrigation certification a plus
Position: Chemical Spray Technician
Location: Metro Atlanta
Full-time: Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
Management of chemical rounds on both turf and flowers, including all necessary training and paper work while insuring quality on properties are in a first class fashion and staying within budget guidelines.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be competent in chemical mixing and application
- Must have a base knowledge of chemicals and application techniques
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, good vision and hearing, able to work in extreme weather conditions, able to climb ladder for tree pruning.

Responsibilities:
Management of, and responsible for, 3-6 person grounds maintenance team, including all necessary in-field training, assisting in ordering and scheduling of materials, and organizing daily and weekly work flows to ensure the highest quality while maintaining budgetary guidelines. Ensure the safe operation of all employees, equipment, materials, and related trades on site. Maintaining service records and schedules of all equipment assigned.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Horticulture degree (a plus but not required) or experience equivalent. Applicant must have six months experience as an Assistant Supervisor and have completed Grounds Person and Assistant Supervisor Training certification. Applicant must also have a valid driver’s license and good driving record and a valid Georgia Pesticide license. Must be competent in horticulture practices and have a thorough knowledge of HighGrove Partners policies and procedures. Be able to speak, read, and write English, as well as ability to use conversational field Spanish.
