Client Relations Manager (CRM) Staff (click here to view) ~ Our Client Relations Managers serve as the liaison between HighGrove Partners and our valued clients. The role of the CRM is to deliver proactive communication and optimal customer service while seeking to develop and manage long-term relationships with our clients.
Operations Manager (OM) Staff (click here to view) ~ Our Operations Managers work closely with our Client Relations Managers (CRMs) to ensure that company standards and customer quality expectations are met on each property. They coach, develop and lead up to five maintenance crews and are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and duties of each crew. In addition, OMs perform monthly landscape evaluations on each property to gauge quality and crew performance.
Land Services Staff (click here to view) ~ From project concept to completion, our Design/Build team provides a custom turnkey service that is a careful balance between design and installation. Our goal is to develop a landscape and hardscape to meet our clients' functional, aesthetic and budget needs. We seek to build long-term repeat business and partner with single and multi-family residential, retail and commercial clients to develop tailored solutions that provide lasting value.

Design Studio Staff (click here to view) ~ Our team consists of experienced planners and landscape architects who bring a combination of innovative design, common sense and sweeping vision to a variety of project types. We recognize that one design approach does not fit all and we take special care to tailor our designs to your purpose, aesthetic considerations, architecture and site conditions while factoring in your requirements and budget. From conceptual drawings through detailed hardscape and planting plans, each project is a unique blend of classic landscape architecture, horticulture techniques and modern technology.
