Customer Advisory Council
Objective
The objective of the HighGrove Partners Customer Advisory Council is to provide us with a greater understanding of the needs of our customers and how to better serve them.
Purpose
The purpose of the Customer Advisory Council is to establish a group of customers who will serve as a direct and ongoing customer feedback medium for HighGrove Partners. The Customer Advisory Council functions as a “sounding board” for HighGrove Partners whose primary purpose is to provide input.
Council Membership
- A group of eight members form the Council.
- Members are selected via invitation each year by HighGrove Partners. The Council represents a diverse mix of customers comprising different industries and customer types.
- Each participating member company has one representative serve on the Council.
- HighGrove Partners conducts between three and four meetings with Council members each year.
- Members serve for a twelve-month term.
- There are no fees associated with participation in the Council.
- All Council expenses incurred by Council members is paid by HighGrove Partners.
