Ryan Gardiner

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: Spending time with family, watching NASCAR and football, boating


Ryan began his career in landscaping in Buffalo, New York, in 1997. He moved to Atlanta in 1999 and worked for a small residential company as a crew supervisor, working his way up to management while taking horticulture and design classes at North Metro Technical College. In 2005, Ryan went to work for TruGreen Landcare as an area manager. As a Client Relations Manager at HighGrove since 2009, he works closely with a variety of clients who manage industrial, commercial and institutional properties.

Natasha Duncan

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: Photography, traveling, fun in the sun, volunteer service and politics


A desire to build meaningful partnerships with her customers led Natasha to the HighGrove Partners team. Her background is in sales, management, customer service, as well as the landscaping industry. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Kennesaw State University with a concentration in both legal studies and professional politics.

Eric Pence

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: fishing, physical fitness, hiking


Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Berea College and is a landscape veteran with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. In his 13 years with HighGrove, Eric has served as an Account Manager, Branch Manager and Director of Maintenance. As a Client Relations Manager, his portfolio is comprised of a variety of clients including residential, industrial, commercial and institutional.

Ryan Traeger

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: tennis, travel, music, community volunteer


Ryan has been with HighGrove since early 2011 as a Client Relations Manager. Before coming to HighGrove, he worked for TruGreen Landcare as a Commercial Estimator and a Business Development Manager. Ryan also owned and operated Estate Scapes, Inc., a residential and commercial landscape management company. Ryan has a Business Management degree from Kennesaw State University.

Chris Dobson

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: Spending time with family, sports and hunting.


Chris joins Highgrove with over 20 years of field sales experience. He background includes managing and developing solutions for clients in order to drive results. Prior to joining Highgrove Chris spent 30 years in the Transportation industry.

Andrea Roderick

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: spending time with god daughters & friends, music, art festivals and all outdoor activities.


Andrea Joined HighGrove as a Client Relations Manager in December 2015. She has been in the landscape industry for 3 years, with over 12 years experience in account management & business development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Elon University. Prior to the landscape industry, she worked in the fire protection industry for 12 years and moved from Florida to Atlanta in 2012. She is currently involved with CREW- Atlanta, serving on the membership committee and CAI-Georgia, serving on the PR committee.

Rebecca Sweeney

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: Traveling, spending time with friends and family and hiking.


Rebecca joins the HighGrove staff with nearly 10 years of management and medical sales. She enjoys connecting and building relationships with future prospects and clients.

Andre Theriot

Position: Client Relations Manager
Interests: Music, reading, hiking, camping, exploring for waterfalls


Andre started in the landscape industry after arriving in Atlanta in 1998. Prior to joining HighGrove, Andre worked for several design/build landscape companies as well as co-founding a small design/build company that specializes in water features.
