Within a year of highly performing as supervisor, I was once again given the opportunity to advance to a next level. In 2012 I began my journey as an Operations Manager. I was only able to achieve growth thanks to the support and training I received from HighGrove's team of professionals. On 2014, I left HighGrove to Join Green Cube LLC, I continued to learn more about the industry while in Green Cube LLC, and got the change to see things from a different perspective.  In 2016, I returned to HighGrove to grow and expand my career.
