Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and manage relationships with clients, identify and execute any actions necessary in order to retain clients, and to grow a portfolio. Primary metrics for measurement and compensation are:
- Retention/renewal of clients
- Enhancement/upgrade sales to clients
- Growth of portfolio (via referral sales and outside sales)
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial landscape maintenance field, ideally in an Account Management/Client Service and/or Sales/Business Development role.
- Experience/Existing Portfolio with Atlanta Commercial Property Managers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at developing/cultivating/building long-term relationships with clients, “people” person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background and/or education in landscape/horticulture
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
