Responsibilities:
- Management of and responsibility for 3-4 commercial maintenance crews
- Daily scheduling of crews
- Training and recruiting of crew members
- Time spent on-site with crews coaching on the technical aspects of maintenance
- This position must ensure company standards and customer quality expectations are met on each job, including property inspections
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- 2+ years experience managing multiple landscape / maintenance crews
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be comfortable supervising employees and meeting deadlines on a daily basis
