Yes, with landscape designers on staff we have the capability of working with clients to design to a budget (design / build) or create a masterplan that would allow phasing in over a few years. Both options are acceptable methodsprocesses and the best approach can be determined after a site meeting. In addition to landscape, this can include hardscape (pavers, walls, sidewalks, etc.), site structures, irrigation, grading, drainage, lighting, site furniture, etc.

 

We also offer simple landscape enhancement solutions (shrub / tree / turf replacements, drainage solutions, shade/ root competition solutions, etc.) for all maintenance clients.

We are a full service landscape, design/install and water management and install company that includes landscape maintenance, flower design and installation, pine straw and mulch, water management, irrigation installation, turf care, tree service and care, retention pond maintenance and remediation, landscape design and installation, and snow and iIce removal services.
Most of our services are performed in-house by trained, Background Checked, Drug tested, E-verified HighGrove employees. We only subcontract our pine straw, mulch services, and tree work.
HighGrove has been in business for over 30 years providing award-winning landscape maintenance and installation services to over 650 clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Our clients have found our unique service model and support system sets us apart from the competition allowing us to grow wonderful, long- term partnerships with many owners, management companies, and property managers.

That is all based on the size of the job, job hours, and the route that job is on. We strategically meet and plan each job to maximize efficiencies, so you get the most bang for your buck.

 

Typically, our maintenance crews are 3 person teams, but this can fluctuate depending on the season. In addition, your site will receive visits from our turf care, floriculture, and irrigation professionals. Overall, your site will be managed by a Client Relations Manager (client point of contact) and Account Manager (managing the crews).

That is based on the area of town your property is in and what day(s) we service that area.
All landscape debris is removed from the job site, taken back to our facilities, and recycled.
Yes, we provide full arbor services including tree pruning, tree removals, storm clean up, and arbor care.

Yes, you will be assigned a Client Relations Manager who will be your point of contact for your property or your entire portfolio. You will not have multiple contacts if your portfolio is spread across metro Atlanta. You will also have an Account Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of the crew.

We will meet with you onsite to discuss your scope of work, any issues you are facing, and expectations. We will then send an eEstimator to measure all the landscape areas to ensure we have the correct info to develop a full-service proposal.

Yes (Erin – list?)Yes. We provide general liablityliability, workers compensation, automobile, property and crime coverage. Additionally, we are fully licensed, and our employees are drug tested and background checked. The safety of our clients and their properties is of utmost importance to us.

We only work onmaintain all types of commercial accounts: office, retail, industrial, hospitality, education, religious, health care, HOA, (no single family residential), , etc. that range in size from a free-standing building to portfolios of properties to lLarge campuses. We do not provide residential landscape services.
Your irrigation should only run enough to keep your landscaping looking lush and green. Over watering is just as badcan be just as detrimental as not watering enough. Our irrigation managers will make sure your irrigation is only running as much aswhen needed and adjust accordingly with weather patterns and seasons.
