Participates in staffing, recruiting and hiring activities for all HighGrove Partners positions (Exempt and Non-Exempt)
Creatively recruit candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, etc.
Manages pre-employment on-site drug screenings, phone interviews, onsite interviews, and new hire paperwork
Build up our database of candidates for 3 branch offices
Maintains employee files
Travel to job fairs
Travel to our other branches
Answering and routing incoming calls
Assisting with copying, scanning, binding of documents
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
