Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Participates in staffing, recruiting and hiring activities for all HighGrove Partners positions (Exempt and Non-Exempt)

  • Creatively recruit candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, etc.

  • Manages pre-employment on-site drug screenings, phone interviews, onsite interviews, and new hire paperwork

  • Build up our database of candidates for 3 branch offices

  • Maintains employee files

  • Travel to job fairs

  • Travel to our other branches

  • Answering and routing incoming calls

  • Assisting with copying, scanning, binding of documents

  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.



  • Must have at least 3 years of high-volume recruiting
  • Outstanding time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Highly organized with ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Great teamwork capacity
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
  • Driver’s License
