Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participates in staffing, recruiting and hiring activities for all HighGrove Partners positions (Exempt and Non-Exempt).
  • Creatively recruit candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, etc.
  • Manages new employee on-boarding process to include phone interviews, onsite interviews, pre-employment on-site drug screenings and new hire paperwork.
  • Build up our database of candidates for 3 branch offices.
  • Maintains employee files.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of HR and/or staffing experience
  • Outstanding time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Highly organized with ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Great teamwork capacity
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
  • Driver’s License
