Neal joined HighGrove in 2024, bringing 23 years of experience in the golf course and landscape industries. He graduated from Augusta Technical College in 2002 with degrees in Environmental Horticulture and Golf Course Management. Neal helped construct Champions Retreat Golf Club before starting his landscape career in Atlanta in 2004. He has expertise in irrigation, arbor care, account management, and turf and shrub chemical applications. Neal enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, Georgia football, and spending time with his wife Emily and their children, Caroline and Nora Kay.
